How Often Do Most Clients Schedule Cleanings?
Most clients choose to book us bi-weekly. However, we also have weekly and monthly options for recurring cleanings.
What About My Pets?
We want to make sure all members of your family are comfortable when we clean, including the furry ones! All of our Sparklers are pet-friendly, but if you think your pet might be nervous or territorial with new people in the home, we ask that you crate or confine your pet during the cleaning.
What if I Work From Home?
So many of our clients are fully remote workers now! We will leave you undisturbed in your office, and if you’d like us to knock on the door when we’re ready to clean that room, we will be more than happy to.
Can I Choose the Same Sparkler Each Time?
We do our best to send the same Sparklers to recurring cleans. That said, we pride ourselves on taking great care of our team – who have paid vacation and sick leave. So this means you will sometimes have other Sparklers in your home to complete a cleaning. All of our Sparklers are highly trained and our team keeps rigorous notes, so we know what your home needs at all times.
